I am 77 years old and I have been pretty successful in my career. I was able to retire at the age of 55 and we were still able to put three children through excellent colleges and set them on successful careers as well. I was blessed to meet 3 women who captured my heart. One turned into a disaster, one I let leave me because I was afraid of her reaction if I told her how I loved her (Brenda) I also felt that I was out of her league. The third broke off our engagement for no apparent reason.
This blog came out of my experiences and was started when I found a 45-year-old Love letter.
In college, I got involved in the college radio station, mainly as a blithering idiot and recording engineer. I graduated from college as an electronics engineer and computer peripherals were my main concentration. Along the way, I became a sound engineer for a local rock band and had a small business videotaping dance recitals. The main purpose of this blog is to see if I can locate Brenda and tell her I love her, still.
You will read all about that. The main theme is telling you about her, about me. and about the many things, I have learned along the way. Other themes will cover things I have learned about Life, parenting, and just living. I hope you will comment on these writings and ask questions and share your stories so maybe I can give you some different points of view or just give you a space to share your story. I have trained a Burro to act on stage. I have designed and constructed stage scenery. Done stage lighting, repaired cars, rebuilt engines. Directed small plays, etc. As said by Yule Brenner in the "King and I" "ETC. ETC. ETC."
Please add your words to this story, tell me what you want to read about, how you think I can improve the readability. Help me in my journey and maybe I can entertain you and give you some helpful advice. I can be reached through my email - sb_com@comcast.net or leave a message on my phone - 408 202 8328
